Anyone notice the disclaimer on the left side?

I just noticed that I included a disclaimer in my profile on this blog. It's located on the left side, over there underneath the picture of my puckered lips. I guess that the rules don't apply to "the man" though? So the following is for those who think they don't have to be honest and follow rules. If you ARE the man and you are keeping record of my blog posts, YOU do not have permission to do so.
